Zscaler RootCA installed but not recognised correctly by chrome. we have seen lots of issues lately were Chrome (Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)) sometimes indicates that the Zscaler Root CA is not installed, “NET:ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID?, despite the fact that the Certificate is installed.
Message being returned in (for instance) Safari reads: Safari can't find the server "sites.google.com" or in Chrome: "This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in sites.google.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" I suspect - looking at some older posts here, that the root cause will turn out to be in the MacOS update.Follow one of the below steps to logout from Zscaler. This would help trigger re-authentication for the user. Browse to ip.zscaler.com and click on logout button: Configuring the device feed. Log in to the Zscaler admin portal and go to the Administration > Nanolog streaming service > NSS Feed section. Enter the feed name, preferably with the maas360_ prefix to easily identify the feed. Select NSS for Web in the NSS Type field. Select an NSS server from the drop-down list. oNNz5.
