I bought my mondeo in may 2018. It had dpf problems. The garage I bought it off replaced the dpf with one from euro car parts. They also replaced the fuel vaporiser too. I've wired a led up to the vaporiser relay so I know when its doing regens. The other week I got the dreaded p2463 code on my tester.

According to the Manual, you get an information message 'Diesel Filter Overloaded' pop up when you need to regenerate the DPF as the car can't do it under your current driving conditions.
