Jedi Survivor is fixing this by giving us a ton of options to customize Cal; jackets, ponchos, mustaches, and crazy hairstyles. BD-1 will also have multiple options to customize his appearance with more than just a paint job.

I then downloaded the steam version and put the save file from the EA version in and as soon as I loaded the file, I got all the achievements I had previously earned on EA on Steam. vjhunk619.

Welcome! Yes, Jedi Fallen Order does indeed support Cloud Saves. So in normal situations you would indeed be able to play on two different PCs with the same save file. However, unfortunately, the EA app itself doesn't support cloud saves yet. Only Origin as of right now I am afraid.
